TSK · James 3:2

If they sinne against thee, ( for there is no man that sinneth not) and thou be angry with them, and deliuer them vnto the enemies, so that they cary them away prisoners vnto the land of the enemies, either farre or neere,

That thou answerest to God at thy pleasure, and bringest such wordes out of thy mouth?

Hee that keepeth his mouth, keepeth his life: but he that openeth his lips, destruction shal be to him.

(7:22) Surely there is no man iust in the earth, that doeth good and sinneth not.

For by thy wordes thou shalt be iustified, and by thy wordes thou shalt be condemned.

I finde then that when I would doe good, I am thus yoked, that euill is present with me.

But the Scripture hath concluded all vnder sinne, that the promes by the faith of Iesus Christ should be giuen to them that beleeue.

Whome we preache, admonishing euery man, & teaching euery man in all wisdome, that we may present euery man perfect in Christ Iesus,

Make you perfect in all good workes, to doe his will, working in you that which is pleasant in his sight through Iesus Christ, to whom be praise for euer and euer, Amen.

If any man amog you seeme religious, and refraineth not his tongue, but deceiueth his owne heart, this mans religion is vaine.

Euen so the tongue is a litle member, and boasteth of great things: beholde, howe great a thing a litle fire kindleth.

And the God of all grace, which hath called vs vnto his eternall glory by Christ Iesus, after that ye haue suffered a litle, make you perfite, confirme, strengthen and stablish you.
