They also, that seeke after my life, laye snares, and they that go about to do me euil, talke wicked things and imagine deceite continually.

My louers and friends hast thou put away from me, and mine acquaintance hid themselues.

The poore is hated euen of his own neighbour: but the friendes of the rich are many.

Riches gather many friends: but the poore is separated from his neighbour.

Thine owne friend and thy fathers friend forsake thou not: neither enter into thy brothers house in the day of thy calamitie: for better is a neighbour that is neere, then a brother farre off.
