TSK · Proverbs 22:23

If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;

The LORD therefore be judge, and judge between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of thine hand.

For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set [him] in safety [from him that] puffeth at him.

¶ [A Psalm] of David. Plead [my cause], O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.

¶ Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

¶ The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name: the upright shall dwell in thy presence.

For their redeemer [is] mighty; he shall plead their cause with thee.

Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and make her springs dry.

Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and [for] the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
