Certainly his loyal followers will soon experience his deliverance; then his splendor will again appear in our land.

Introduction to the Theme of the Book Fearing the LORD is the beginning of discernment, but fools have despised wisdom and moral instruction.

Do not be wise in your own estimation; fear the LORD and turn away from evil.

Having heard everything, I have reached this conclusion: Fear God and keep his commandments, because this is the whole duty of man.

If you know that he is righteous, you also know that everyone who practices righteousness has been fathered by him.
