How blessed are the people who worship you! O LORD, they experience your favor.

many peoples will come and say,“Come, let us go up to the LORD’s mountain, to the temple of the God of Jacob, so he can teach us his requirements, and we can follow his standards.” For Zion will be the center for moral instruction; the LORD’s message will issue from Jerusalem.

The Lord Desires Genuine Devotion“Shout loudly! Don’t be quiet! Yell as loud as a trumpet! Confront my people with their rebellious deeds; confront Jacob’s family with their sin!

The sun will no longer supply light for you by day, nor will the moon’s brightness shine on you; the LORD will be your permanent source of light– the splendor of your God will shine upon you.

Jesus replied,“The light is with you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

for you were at one time darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live like children of light–

God Is Light, So We Must Walk in the Light Now this is the gospel message we have heard from him and announce to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, because the glory of God lights it up, and its lamp is the Lamb.
