Finally Aaron waved the breasts and the right thigh as a wave offering before the LORD just as Moses had commanded.

This shall be the priests’ fair allotment from the people who offer sacrifices, whether bull or sheep– they must give to the priest the shoulder, the jowls, and the stomach.

Don’t you know that those who serve in the temple eat food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar receive a part of the offerings?
