And you will I scatter^H2219 among the nations,^H1471 and I will draw out^H7324 the sword^H2719 after^H310 you: and your land^H776 shall be a desolation,^H8077 and your cities^H5892 shall be a waste.^H2723

The Rock,^H6697 his work^H6467 is perfect;^H8549 For all his ways^H1870 are justice:^H4941 A God^H410 of faithfulness^H530 and without iniquity,^H5766 Just^H6662 and right^H3477 is he.

and I said,^H559 O my God,^H430 I am ashamed^H954 and blush^H3637 to lift up^H7311 my face^H6440 to you, my God;^H430 for our iniquities^H5771 are increased^H7235 over^H4605 our head,^H7218 and our guiltiness^H819 is grown up^H1431 unto the heavens.^H8064

O Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 you are righteous;^H6662 for we are left a remnant^H7604 that is escaped,^H6413 as it is this day:^H3117 behold, we are before^H6440 you in our guiltiness;^H819 for none can stand^H5975 before^H6440 you because of this.

All^H3117 the day long is my dishonor^H1322 before me, And the shame^H1322 of my face^H6440 hath covered^H3680 me,

Deliver^H5337 me from bloodguiltiness,^H1818 O God,^H430 thou God^H430 of my salvation;^H8668 [And] my tongue^H3956 shall sing aloud^H7442 of thy righteousness.^H6666

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that the Lord^H136 will set^H3254 his hand^H3027 again^H3254 the second time^H8145 to recover^H7069 the remnant^H7605 of his people,^H5971 that shall remain,^H7604 from Assyria,^H804 and from Egypt,^H4714 and from Pathros,^H6624 and from Cush,^H3568 and from Elam,^H5867 and from Shinar,^H8152 and from Hamath,^H2574 and from the islands^H339 of the sea.^H3220

As the thief^H1590 is ashamed^H1322 when he is found,^H4672 so is the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 ashamed;^H3001 they, their kings,^H4428 their princes,^H8269 and their priests,^H3548 and their prophets;^H5030

As keepers^H8104 of a field^H7704 are they against her round about,^H5439 because she hath been rebellious^H4784 against me, saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

Righteous^H6662 art thou, O Jehovah,^H3068 when I contend^H7378 with thee; yet would I reason^H1696 the cause^H4941 with thee: wherefore doth the way^H1870 of the wicked^H7563 prosper?^H6743 wherefore are all they at ease^H7951 that deal very^H899 treacherously?^H898

because of all the evil^H7451 of the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 and of the children^H1121 of Judah,^H3063 which they have done^H6213 to provoke me to anger,^H3707 they, their kings,^H4428 their princes,^H8269 their priests,^H3548 and their prophets,^H5030 and the men^H376 of Judah,^H3063 and the inhabitants^H3427 of Jerusalem.^H3389

that thou mayest remember,^H2142 and be confounded,^H954 and never open^H6610 thy mouth^H6310 any more, because^H6440 of thy shame,^H3639 when I have forgiven^H3722 thee all that thou hast done,^H6213 saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah.^H3069

O Lord,^H136 to us belongeth confusion^H1322 of face,^H6440 to our kings,^H4428 to our princes,^H8269 and to our fathers,^H1 because we have sinned^H2398 against thee.

For, lo, I will command,^H6680 and I will sift^H5128 the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 among all the nations,^H1471 like as [grain] is sifted^H5128 in a sieve,^H3531 yet shall not the least kernel^H6872 fall^H5307 upon the earth.^H776

Now^G1161 there were^G2258 dwelling^G2730 at^G1722 Jerusalem^G2419 Jews,^G2453 devout^G2126 men,^G435 from^G575 every^G3956 nation^G1484 under^G5259 heaven.^G3772
