TSK · Proverbs 2:1

Nether is it beyonde the see, that thou neadest to saye: Who wyll go ouer the see for vs, and fetch it vs, that we maye heare it, and do it?

Where withall shall a yonge man clense his waye? Euen by rulinge himself after thy worde.

My sonne, forget not my lawe, but se yt thine hert kepe my comaundemetes.

Heare my sonne, and receaue my wordes, that the yeares of thy life maye be many.

Put the vp together in thine herte, and bynde the aboute thy necke.

Doth not wysdome crie? doth not vnderstondinge put forth hir voyce?

Whoso kepeth the lawe, is a childe of vnderstondinge: but he yt fedeth ryotous men, shameth his father.

But Mary kepte all these sayenges, and pondred them in hir hert.

Comprehende these sayenges in youre eares. For the sonne of man must be delyuered in to the hades of men.

For this is a true sayenge, and by all meanes worthy to be receaued, that Christ Iesus came in to ye worlde to saue synners, of whom I am chefe.
