And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,

And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.

¶ And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the LORD hath commanded.

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact [it again]: but [that] which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

[He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved.

¶ I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,

I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

He [that] hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, [that] hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man,
