TSK · Micah 2:3

The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

That say, Let him make speed, [and] hasten his work, that we may see [it]: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know [it]!

For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:

Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken.

¶ I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.

And it came to pass, [that] when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast [it] into the fire that [was] on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that [was] on the hearth.

The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, [and] come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into [their] hands, [from whom] I am not able to rise up.

Our necks [are] under persecution: we labour, [and] have no rest.

But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:

Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it [is] an evil time.

¶ Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.

Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.

For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
