and^G2532 came^G2064 and dwelt^G2730 in^G1519 a city^G4172 called^G3004 Nazareth;^G3478 that^G3704 it might be fulfilled^G4137 which^G3588 was spoken^G4483 through^G1223 the prophets,^G3754 that he should be called^G2564 a Nazarene.^G3480

Now when^G1161 John^G2491 heard^G191 in^G1722 the prison^G1201 the works^G2041 of the Christ,^G5547 he sent^G3992 by^G1417 his^G846 disciples^G3101

And when^G1161 the men^G435 were come^G3854 unto^G4314 him,^G846 they said,^G2036 John^G2491 the Baptist^G910 hath sent^G649 us^G2248 unto^G4314 thee,^G4571 saying,^G3004 Art^G1488 thou^G4771 he that cometh,^G2064 or^G2228 look we for^G4328 another?^G243

And^G1161 they told^G518 him,^G846 that^G3754 Jesus^G2424 of Nazareth^G3480 passeth by.^G3928

Philip^G5376 findeth^G2147 Nathanael,^G3482 and^G2532 saith^G3004 unto him,^G846 We have found^G2147 him, of whom^G3739 Moses^G3475 in^G1722 the law,^G3551 and^G2532 the prophets,^G4396 wrote,^G1125 Jesus^G2424 of^G575 Nazareth,^G3478 the son^G5207 of Joseph.^G2501

Jesus^G2424 therefore^G3767 said^G2036 unto^G4314 him,^G1437 Except^G3361 ye see^G1492 signs^G4592 and^G2532 wonders,^G5059 ye will^G4100 in^G3756 no^G3361 wise believe.^G4100

But^G1161 the witness^G3141 which^G3739 I^G1473 have^G2192 is greater^G3173 than [that of] John;^G2491 for^G1063 the works^G2041 which^G3739 the Father^G3962 hath given^G1325 me^G3427 to^G2443 accomplish,^G5048 the very^G846 works^G2041 that^G3739 I^G1473 do,^G4160 bear witness^G3140 of^G4012 me,^G1700 that^G3754 the Father^G3962 hath sent^G649 me.^G3165

Work^G2038 not^G3361 for the food^G1035 which perisheth,^G622 but^G235 for the food^G1035 which abideth^G3306 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life,^G2222 which^G3739 the Son^G5207 of man^G444 shall give^G1325 unto you:^G5213 for^G1063 him^G5126 the Father,^G3962 even God,^G2316 hath^G4972 sealed.^G4972

If^G1487 this man^G3778 were^G2258 not^G3361 from^G3844 God,^G2316 he could^G1410 do^G4160 nothing.^G3762

Jesus^G2424 saith^G3004 unto her,^G846 Said I^G2036 not^G3756 unto thee,^G4671 that,^G3754 if^G1437 thou believedst,^G4100 thou shouldest see^G3700 the glory^G1391 of God?^G2316

The multitude^G3793 therefore^G3767 that was^G5607 with^G3326 him^G846 when^G3753 he called^G5455 Lazarus^G2976 out of^G1537 the tomb,^G3419 and^G2532 raised^G1453 him^G846 from^G1537 the dead,^G3498 bare witness.^G3140

If^G1487 I had^G4160 not^G3361 done^G4160 among^G1722 them^G846 the works^G2041 which^G3739 none^G3762 other^G243 did,^G4160 they had^G2192 not^G3756 had^G2192 sin:^G266 but^G1161 now^G3568 have they^G3708 both^G2532 seen^G3708 and^G2532 hated^G3404 both^G2532 me^G1691 and^G2532 my^G3450 Father.^G3962

And^G1161 when^G1492 Peter^G4074 saw^G1492 it, he answered^G611 unto^G4314 the people,^G2992 Ye men^G435 of Israel,^G2475 why^G5101 marvel ye^G2296 at^G1909 this^G5129 man? or^G2228 why^G5101 fasten^G816 ye your eyes on us,^G2254 as^G5613 though by our^G1411 own^G2398 power^G1411 or^G2228 godliness^G2150 we had made^{G4160 G3588} him^G846 to walk?^G4043

And^G5037 he said^G2036 unto^G4314 them,^G846 Ye men^G435 of Israel,^G2475 take heed^G4337 to yourselves^G1438 as touching^G1909 these^G5125 men,^G444 what^G5101 ye are about^G3195 to do.^G4238

that saying^G4487 ye^G5210 yourselves know,^G1492 which was published^G1096 throughout^G2596 all^G3650 Judaea,^G2449 beginning^G756 from^G575 Galilee,^G1056 after^G3326 the baptism^G908 which^G3739 John^G2491 preached;^G2784

And^G1161 when they were come,^G3854 and^G2532 had gathered^G4863 the church^G1577 together,^G4863 they rehearsed^G312 all things that^G3745 God^G2316 had done^G4160 with^G3326 them,^G846 and^G2532 that^G3754 he had opened^G455 a door^G2374 of faith^G4102 unto the Gentiles.^G1484

And^G1161 I^G1473 answered,^G611 Who^G5101 art thou,^G1488 Lord?^G2962 And^G5037 he said^G2036 unto^G4314 me,^G3165 I^G1473 am^G1510 Jesus^G2424 of Nazareth,^G3480 whom^G3739 thou^G4771 persecutest.^G1377

I^G1473 verily^{G3767 G3303} thought^G1380 with myself^G1683 that I ought^G1163 to do^G4238 many things^G4183 contrary^G1727 to^G4314 the name^G3686 of Jesus^G2424 of Nazareth.^G3480

Truly^G3303 the signs^G4592 of an apostle^G652 were wrought^G2716 among^G1722 you^G5213 in^G1722 all^G3956 patience,^G5281 by^G1722 signs^G4592 and^G2532 wonders^G5059 and^G2532 mighty works.^G1411
