But the righteous man holds to his way, and the one with clean hands grows stronger.

But the path of the righteous is like the bright morning light, growing brighter and brighter until full day.

The downtrodden will again rejoice in the LORD; the poor among humankind will take delight in the Holy One of Israel.

He will act like a refiner and purifier of silver and will cleanse the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will offer the LORD a proper offering.

His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clean out his threshing floor and will gather his wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff he will burn up with inextinguishable fire!”

The Parable of the Yeast He told them another parable:“The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of flour until all the dough had risen.”

After noticing a fig tree by the road he went to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. He said to it,“Never again will there be fruit from you!” And the fig tree withered at once.

So he said to the worker who tended the vineyard,‘For three years now, I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, and each time I inspect it I find none. Cut it down! Why should it continue to deplete the soil?’

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that remains, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.

Not only this, but we also rejoice in sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,

The Way of Love If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but I do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Your faith and love have arisen from the hope laid up for you in heaven, which you have heard about in the message of truth, the gospel

He gave himself for us to set us free from every kind of lawlessness and to purify for himself a people who are truly his, who are eager to do good.

For they disciplined us for a little while as seemed good to them, but he does so for our benefit, that we may share his holiness.

They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us, because if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us. But they went out from us to demonstrate that all of them do not belong to us.
