For what is the hope^H8615 of the godless,^H2611 though he get him gain,^H1214 When God^H433 taketh away^H7953 his soul?^H5315

They cried,^H7768 but there was none to save;^H3467 Even unto Jehovah,^H3068 but he answered^H6030 them not.

Then will they call^H7121 upon me, but I will not answer;^H6030 They will seek me diligently,^H7836 but they shall not find^H4672 me:

Whoso stoppeth^H331 his ears^H241 at the cry^H2201 of the poor,^H1800 He also shall cry,^H7121 but shall not be heard.^H6030

And when ye spread forth^H6566 your hands,^H3709 I will hide^H5956 mine eyes^H5869 from you; yea, when ye make many^H7235 prayers,^H8605 I will not hear:^H8085 your hands^H3027 are full^H4390 of blood.^H1818

Therefore pray^H6419 not thou for this people,^H5971 neither lift up^H5375 cry^H7440 nor prayer^H8605 for them; for I will not hear^H8085 them in the time^H6256 that they cry^H7121 unto me because of their trouble.^H7451

Then shall they cry^H2199 unto Jehovah,^H3068 but he will not answer^H6030 them; yea, he will hide^H5641 his face^H6440 from them at that time,^H6256 according as they have wrought evil^H7489 in their doings.^H4611

But^G1161 let him ask^G154 in^G1722 faith,^G4102 nothing^G3367 doubting:^G1252 for^G1063 he that doubteth^G1252 is like^G1503 the surge^G2830 of the sea^G2281 driven by the wind^G416 and^G2532 tossed.^G4494
