Saul^H7586 and Jonathan^H3083 were lovely^H157 and pleasant^H5273 in their lives,^H2416 And in their death^H4194 they were not divided:^H6504 They were swifter^H7043 than eagles,^H5404 They were stronger^H1396 than lions.^H738

Put^H7896 them in fear,^H4172 O Jehovah:^H3068 Let the nations^H1471 know^H3045 themselves to be but men.^H582 {Selah}^H5542

And thou saidst^H559 in thy heart,^H3824 I will ascend^H5927 into heaven,^H8064 I will exalt^H7311 my throne^H3678 above^H4605 the stars^H3556 of God;^H410 and I will sit^H3427 upon the mount^H2022 of congregation,^H4150 in the uttermost parts^H3411 of the north;^H6828

Behold, he shall come up^H5927 as clouds,^H6051 and his chariots^H4818 [shall be] as the whirlwind:^H5492 his horses^H5483 are swifter^H7043 than eagles.^H5404 Woe^H188 unto us! for we are ruined.^H7703

He hath left^H5800 his covert,^H5520 as the lion;^H3715 for their land^H776 is become an astonishment^H8047 because^H6440 of the fierceness^H2740 of the oppressing^H3238 [sword], and because^H6440 of his fierce^H2740 anger.^H639

Behold, he shall come up^H5927 like a lion^H738 from the pride^H1347 of the Jordan^H3383 against the strong^H386 habitation:^H5116 for I will suddenly^H7280 make them run away^H7323 from it; and whoso is chosen,^H977 him will I appoint^H6485 over it: for who is like me? and who will appoint me a time?^H3259 and who is the shepherd^H7462 that will stand^H5975 before^H6440 me?

Our pursuers^H7291 were swifter^H7031 than the eagles^H5404 of the heavens:^H8064 They chased^H1814 us upon the mountains,^H2022 they laid wait^H693 for us in the wilderness.^H4057

and wheresoever^H3606 the children^H1123 of men^H606 dwell,^H1753 the beasts^H2423 of the field^H1251 and the birds^H5776 of the heavens^H8065 hath he given^H3052 into thy hand,^H3028 and hath made thee to rule^H7981 over them all:^H3606 thou^H607 art the head^H7217 of gold.^H1722

At the same time^H2166 mine understanding^H4486 returned^H8421 unto me;^H5922 and for the glory^H3367 of my kingdom,^H4437 my majesty^H1923 and brightness^H2122 returned^H8421 unto me;^H5922 and my counsellors^H1907 and my lords^H7261 sought^H1156 unto me;^H5922 and I was established^H8627 in my kingdom,^H4437 and excellent^H3493 greatness^H7238 was added^H3255 unto me.

And as for the rest^H7606 of the beasts,^H2423 their dominion^H7985 was taken away:^H5709 yet their lives^H2417 were prolonged^H3052 for^H5705 a season^H2166 and a time.^H5732

Yea, moreover, wine^H3196 is treacherous,^H898 a haughty^H3093 man,^H1397 that keepeth not at home;^H5115 who enlargeth^H7337 his desire^H5315 as Sheol,^H7585 and he is as death,^H4194 and cannot be satisfied,^H7646 but gathereth^H622 unto him all nations,^H1471 and heapeth^H6908 unto him all peoples.^H5971
